Join us for our first IHP Holiday Marketplace in Orange County, happening on Sunday, 12/11 from 11am-5pm.

APPLICATION DETAILS & SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 
Payment Due by Sunday, December 3rd, 2022.

VENDOR AGREES TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
  • Your own set-up (tables, chairs, canopies, etc), merchandise, tablecloths, equipment, and props
  • Display materials and furniture
  • Lighting, extension cords, and electrical hook-up are not available
VENDOR BOOTH SET UP INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Vendor LOAD IN begins 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM. Vendors can pull up to 841 Woodcrest Ave to check in with IHP staff. Please park your vehicle immediately for unloading, vehicles are not allowed block 841 Woodcrest Ave while you are setting up. This is a residential community. Please bring dollies or anything that can help you unload
  • PARKING: You can park on the street - just do not block any drive way or main gate
  • All vendors must be ready and set up by 10:30 AM
  • Vendor Load Out will begin at 5:00 PM following the close of the event
TIMELINE:
8:00 AM: Check-in, set-up
8:00 AM –10:30 AM: Vendor set-up
11:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Market hours
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Breakdown, clean-up

VENDOR INVESTMENT:
5x5 booth space: $80
10x10 booth space: $150
  • Booths must be staffed at all times during IHP MARKETPLACE hours, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Set-up or breakdown is not allowed during IHP MARKETPLACE hours
  • No cancellations are accepted. Non Refundable
Once registered into the marketplace, payment, waivers, marketing materials and final details will be sent to you via email.

You also understand that IHP MARKETPLACE assumes no liability for the loss, damage, or destruction of any item during the sale. In addition, you understand that if you fail to show up for the event the fee paid will not be refunded.
